Our purpose-built tiny home is provided by Tiny Away. The home overlooks Akaroa harbour and makes the most of the stunning views. Your home is a tiny home that features a shower, toilet, air conditioning, microwave, fridge and basic cooking facilities. The camp is powered by electricity. The tiny home has cell reception.
Visitors are free to walk up through lavender fields, conservation land and open pasture.
A pre-booked breakfast (extra charge) includes both locally sourced products and products produced in our extensive orchard/garden.
Pre-booked dinner options are available. Sample menus will be emailed at the time of booking.
Your secure car park is adjacent to the tiny home, which is a five-minute uphill walk away.
Facilities include a picnic table and BBQ.

Experience an unforgettable view and solitude from Kūkupa matairangi.
Our purpose-built hut, high on the hills, overlooking Akaroa harbour, makes the most of the stunning views, and privacy. Featuring timber milled on the property, the hut includes shower, flush toilet, and basic cooking facilities. The hut is completely off-grid, powered by the sun with cell reception and wi-fi. The Hut has cell reception, wi-fi and Chromecast. Visitors walk up through lavender fields, macrocarpa plantations and open pasture - the stunning views get better with each step.
A welcome hamper is provided on arrival and includes both locally sourced products and products produced in our extensive orchard/garden.

After arriving at your secure car park, your luggage will be transported to the hut. Transport is available for those unable to walk steadily uphill across rolling terrain for twenty minutes.
Facilities include outdoor spa pool, fire pit (fire restrictions may apply) , picnic table and BBQ.

Lavender Cottage

Experience a working lavender farm and the opportunity to wander through regenerating bush tracks and lavender (in season).
Overlooking Akaroa harbour our purpose-built cottage makes the most of the stunning views, and location – fifteen minutes to Akaroa, five minutes to Akaroa golf course. Featuring timber milled from the property, the cottage is fully featured with an extensive kitchen. The cottage has cell reception, wi-fi and Chromecast. Visitors are encouraged to explore many of the tracks (either walking or mountain biking) that traverse lavender fields, macrocarpa plantations, conservation land and open pasture.
